Our Commitment

Prokye commits to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across our value chain in line with climate science and leading global frameworks, including the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB).

What’s Included

  • Scope 1 – Direct operational emissions

  • Scope 2 – Purchased electricity, heating, and cooling

  • Scope 3 – Material value-chain emissions

All emissions are measured using the GHG Protocol.

Targets

  • Baseline: Verified emissions baseline established using accepted methodologies

  • Near-Term: Science-based reduction targets aligned to a 1.5°C pathway

  • Net Zero: By 2050 or earlier, with ambition to accelerate

How We Reduce Emissions

  • Improve energy efficiency and operational performance

  • Transition to renewable electricity

  • Engage suppliers to reduce value-chain emissions

  • Design products and services that enable customer emissions reductions

Carbon Removals

After maximizing reductions, Prokye will neutralize residual emissions using high-quality, durable carbon removal solutions. Avoidance-only offsets are not used to replace real reductions.

Governance & Transparency

  • Executive oversight of climate strategy

  • Climate risks integrated into business planning (TCFD-aligned)

  • Public reporting aligned over time with ISSB / IFRS Sustainability Standards
